Chapter 24: Say sorry?

"Mummy, will you miss my birthday this year again?" A small boy in his teens said, he was on a phone call with his parents.

He doesn't want to celebrate his birthday with his grandparents like he did the previous year. Rather, he wants to be with his parents. And that day was his birthday, it was noon already but his parents were nowhere to be found, they kept on telling him they were coming but he was feeling deceived already.

Before they knew it, he started crying, telling them they must come see him with gifts for his birthday. His parents wanted to come but they were very busy at that moment and they felt like his grandparents were capable of taking care of him.

"If you don't come today. I will stop eating, and i won't talk to any of you again." He said before dropping the phone on the table, and he left the place
