Chapter 15: A NEW START (2)
"I would like to purchase a house" Smith said to Daisy with a depressed look on his face. But before Daisy could reply, Hutton suddenly spoke up as he began to approach the counter
"This is the house I would like to purchase"
Along with what he said, he pointed towards a particular house listed in the pamphlet to Daisy. When she saw the house he was pointing, she nearly puked blood in anger.
'Does he think this place is just a facade?'
'I can't believe someone can be so bold on pulling a prank that can be seen through at first glance'
'Daisy calm down. Let's just see how far he can go before lashing out on him'
While Daisy was calming herself down, the guard that brought Smith into the hall had a blank look on his face when he saw the house Hutton is pointing at in the pamphlet.
'He actually wants to purchase the core villa of the estate' Smith thought as he glanced at Hutton with a astonished look on his face.
The house Hutton pointed at in the pamphlet is actually the most luxurious house in the estate. This house is so luxurious that it could even be compared to a villa. Not only that, but it is the most expensive house in the estate with a price tag of 1.3 million!
Although Smith also came to purchase a house in the estate, he only planned on getting a medium house to stay in until his twin brother gets well. Where he and his twin brother actually stay is at their family residence at the neighbouring city called 'Pinewood City'.
"Ok sir, here is the account details for you to pay for the house" After calming herself down, Daisy brought out a neat and carved out piece of paper and gave it to Hutton.
"Ok, please hold on" Hutton said as he brought out his phone.
'Let's just see how long you last' Daisy thought as he gave the guard a secretive glance. When the guard noticed this, he felt that something was wrong as he prepared himself.
But not long after, a sudden bell sound rang out in the hall. When Daisy heard this bell sound, she felt like she has heard wrong as she quickly went to her system to check something. Right after that, she quickly have a dumbfounded expression on her face as she thought...
'He actually paid for the house...'
The bell sound that earlier rang out in the hall indicated that money has into the Venice estate's bank account but Daisy refused to believe what she heard as she checked her computer that was beside her.
When she checked, she saw a popup notification that shows that Hutton Maxwell has sent the full amount of the house to the estate's bank account....
"So when can I move into the house?" After putting his phone into his pocket, Hutton asked Daisy with a light smile on his face. Apparently, he knew that everyone in the estate will doubt him when he said he was going to purchase the most luxurious. But he didn't seem to care as he casually just cleared out the doubts in their minds by paying for the house.
"Umm... Please hold on, someone will guide you to finish some procedures before the house is fully yours" Daisy said after coming back to her senses as she quickly made a call with the telephone which is also beside her.
Not too long after, a man on glasses hurriedly came down the stairs that is right beside the counter. This man also wore the same color of suit as Daisy with dark bob cut hair an a pair of dark eyes. He has a height of only 6 foot.
"Who is the great personage that–" The man in glasses said excitedly before he spotted Hutton and his face immediately changed.
"Who let a degenerate into the estate?" The man in glasses said with an annoyed look on his face.
"Umm... He is actually the one that bought the core house just now Darwin..." Daisy said in a soft and mellow voice.
"What did you say!?" Darwin exclaimed with a look of disbelief on his face. But before Daisy could speak, Hutton suddenly spoke up in an annoyed and impatient tone.
"What? Do you have any problem with it? Hurry up and guide me through the procedures, I don't have all day"
"Umm... Y-Yes, this way sir" Darwin said as he tried to calm himself down while guiding Hutton to follow him up the stairs. While they left, Daisy nearly felt like digging up a hole and bury herself in it.
"Lady, am also here to purchase a house" Smith said with an annoyed look on his face. He can't believe he totally got ignored just because his enemy bought the most luxurious house in the estate, he totally felt like strangling Daisy to death.
"Ah yes! Please pick a house you will to purchase through this pamphlet" Daisy said after getting herself back as she handed Smith the same kind of pamphlet she gave Hutton.

Currently, Hutton could be seen standing in front of a house along with Darwin. The house on the outside looks very wide and high with a color of white and dark brown. In front of the house a small garden could be seen at the left side of the house along with different kind of flowers that are seen at almost every corner of the front yard.
"What do you think about the house sir?" Darwin asked with an expectant look on his face.
"Not bad" Hutton said with a satisfied smile on his face. Apparently, both him and Darwin have already gone into the house to see how it looks on the inside.
The house actually have two living rooms in which one has a closet TV along with two dark brown colored sofa and a particular bed like sofa surrounding the living room. A chandelier could be seen on the roof right at the middle of the living room along with an Eastern styled middle table.
At the end of the left side of the living room, a mini bar could be found there while behind the bar, a kitchen could be seen there. As for the other living room, apart from a rather wide LCD TV and three sofas, a rocking and hanging chairs could also be seen in the living room.
There are five bedrooms and a study room that almost looks like an office which are all located at the 2nd floor of the building while at the last floor, an artic and a balcony which have two chairs in it could be found there.
When Hutton explored every corners of the house, he was satisfied since he could finally feel comfortable in this house. But in reality, this house can never be compared to the mansion he lived in at his past life.
But unfortunately, Darwin didn't quite understand as his face was actually twitching when he heard what Hutton said.
"Here is the key of the house sir and I hope you have a great time at our estate" After calming himself down, Darwin gave Hutton the key to the house in a rather respectful tone.
Actually, the estate manager have previously contacted him and told him to treat the person that bought the most expensive house in the estate with utmost respect. But unfortunately, he actually did the opposite during the first time he met Hutton. So now he is trying to be extra respectful so as he could keep his job.
"Oh I will" Hutton said with a light chuckle as he took the key.
"If you don't mind, would you like us to move your things at where you stayed into the house?" After handing out the key, Darwin asked still in an respectful tone.
"You guys move people things?" Hutton asked with a surprised look on his face.
"Yes sir but at a fixed amount. But due to purchasing the most expensive house in the estate, you have a 50% discount in the fee" Darwin said with a proud look on his face.
"So how much is the fee if you deduct 50% from the original fee?" Hutton asked as he began to ponder.
"Just 10,000 bucks sir" Darwin replied almost instantly.
'So the original fee is 20,000 then' Hutton thought as he continued to ponder. After some moments, he finally said.
"Ok, I want you guys to move my things. Give me your contact so that I can text you the address of where I previously stay" Hutton said while bringing out his phone.
After exchanging contacts with Darwin and sent both the fee and the address of where he lived, Darwin hurriedly left to get it done.
'Now I can finally have a new start' Hutton thought with a light smile on his face

Chapter 16: UNBELIEVABLE
"Veronica, Are you at the restaurant now?" Hutton asked after operating on his phone for a few moments.
"Yeah, and the remaining workers are here with me too" A pleasant and charming voice came out from the phone that Hutton currently placed close to left ear.
"Ok wait for me, am coming" Hutton said as he began to move from the spot he was in.
Apparently, Hutton have previously contacted Veronica while he was on his way to the Venice estate to gather the remaining workers in the restaurant and go there.
So after confirming that they were currently waiting in the restaurant, Hutton who was still standing in front of the house he just bought in the estate quickly began to walk hurriedly towards the estate entrance.
'Although a walk like this is good for my body, I still need a car for the situation am currently in' Hutton thought with a wry smile on his face.
After walking hurriedly for a good 30 minutes, Hutton finally arrived at the estate entrance where he saw the scar faced guard he encountered while coming into the estate standing there.
"H-Hope you have a safe journey revered sir!" As soon as this guard caught sight of Hutton approaching the exit of the estate, he immediately exclaimed in a highly respectful tone while making a rather clumsy military salute.
Although he found the clumsy military salute amusing, Hutton still have a good impression of him. Even if he knew that the guard was behaving like this due to the event he caused at the administration building, he still had a good impression of him.
The reason is because of how he handled the situation during when he arrived at the entrance of the estate. Other guards would have immediately chased him away but instead, this guard didn't judged the book by the cover and allowed him in.
"What's your name?" Hutton suddenly asked after approaching the guard. Although the guard was surprised by the sudden question directed at him, he still answered normally.
"My name is Jake sir"
"Mmm.. what a good name" Hutton calmly said as he left the estate entrance calmly.
'Why did he ask me for my name?'
'I hope I didn't offend him unknowingly?'
After saying these this things in his mind, he began to feel nervous while Hutton quickly took a cab which was nearby.
....
In a rather lively area at the outer region of the Cornerstone city, a group of people could be waiting in front of a rather old looking two storey building.
"Huh? Why is a group of people gathered there?"
"Is something happening at the Green Clover restaurant?"
"Let's go check it out, maybe we can benefit from the situation"
"Are you dumb, can't you see we have work to do, move quickly or else I will report you!"
"Ah Timmy, you don't to be mean to your best friend"
While whispers could faintly be heard from different passer-by, the group that is actually standing in front of the restaurant were whispering among themselves.
Among these people, a particular woman stood out with her bold purple colored hair and bright purple lipstick which stick on a face that was so beautiful that it could a war between two great countries!
This beauty is none other than Veronica who Hutton has contacted earlier to gather the remaining workers and wait for him at the front of the restaurant.
Unlike the lazy and relaxing Veronica that was in Hutton old apartment, this Veronica looked totally dignified and solemn with her black colored female suit which brought out a unique charm within her and the devilish shape she have.
"Please be patient for a bit longer, he will soon be here" Veronica said to the group with an apologetic look in her eyes.
"Am sorry Mrs. Veronica but we can't be patient much longer" A man in the group said with an annoyed looked on his face. Based on the clothes he is wearing, he seems to be a chef.
"He hasn't paid us for a month now and he still bold enough to make us wait for him. It seems my time working in the restaurant is up" a lady in the group spoke up with a furious expression on her face.
"Maybe he wants to settle you guys before he renovates the restaurant that's why he wants you guys to wait for him" Veronica explained as she started to feel anxious.
"Can't he just settle us by visiting us one by one. What's the need of making us wait here for him?" another chef that is apparently a lady asked with a confused expression on her face. But before any one else could answer what the lady said, they suddenly heard a calm and indifferent voice from the distance.
"If you feel like resigning from your job in the restaurant, after I pay you your debt, quickly get out of this vicinity"
"He is finally here!" Veronica said as she sighed in relief while staring at Hutton who just came out from a taxi and approached the group.
"So is there anyone?" Hutton asked calmly after approaching the group.
"I would like to resign"
"Me also"
"Me too"
Not too long after Hutton asked that question, three people voluntarily raised up there hands. These three people are two female waiters and the male chef.
"Anyone else?" Hutton asked again as he looked a the remaining people who haven't raised up there hands. He knew he was at fault or to be precise the first Hutton is at fault for not giving these people there pay for last month, but that doesn't mean he will keep the people that have an intention of resigning so as not to mess things up.
Instead he will make them leave and hire fresh new people who are enthusiastic in the job given to them.
After seeing that apart from the three people who hurriedly raised up there hands, no one else joined them, he calmly chuckled before saying.
"To be honest, I never believed I will still have some workers in the group who are still willing to work for me. But since you decided to do so, I promise you that you won't ever regret it"
"Now then, I am going to be paying each and everyone of you now and the ones that wants to resign should quickly leave these place after I pay you"
The pay for this group are 10,000 bucks for the waiters, 15 thousand for the security and 20,000 for the chefs. After giving out their payment and making the three people who want to resign leave the area, he quickly brought out his phone and began to dial a number.
"Boss, who are you planning on calling?" Veronica suddenly asked as she approached Hutton.
"Actually, am calling some people I met some time to come and renovate the building" Hutton answered with a light smile on his face.
In the memories he acquired from the first Hutton, he find out that he actually have contacted and met someone who wants to renovate the restaurant but unfortunately, he died before he could even gather enough money to pay the person for the renovation.
"Huh? Didn't you tell me before that you will need 200,000 bucks to renovate the building? Where are we gonna get that kind of money?" Veronica quickly asked with a confused expression on her face. Although she knew that he might have gotten some money from someone to make the restaurant operational, but now she is completely confused by what he just said.
"Actually I'm planning on making the restaurant a three storey building which will bring the price to 300,000 bucks. But you don't have to worry because I have the funds to do so" Hutton explained with a light chuckle.
"Can I ask how much you have now?" Veronica quickly asked as she began to feel that something is wrong.
"Do you really wanna know?"
"Yes"
After getting a confirmation from her, Hutton calmly whispered to her with a light smile on his face.
"I have 600,000 bucks with me now"
"What!? Why did you get that kind of money?" Veronica exclaimed with a disbelieving expression on her divine looking face.
"Well let's say someone gave it to me as a reward" Hutton said with a mysterious smile on his face. But Veronica currently have a dazed expression on her face as she thought.
'Unbelievable'
