Chapter 4: THE REUNION PARTY

"I the host of this event welcome everyone to reunion party. Feel free to mingle and enjoy yourself through out the party" a man in his 20s announced while facing a crowd in an event centre.

This man has dark green hair with a pair of light blue eyes which matches his innocent looking face. A height of 6 foot 3 inches covered in a simple Italian suit.

"I can't believe he has gotten this far in life. This won't do, I need to work harder"

"You don't need to stress yourself. From the rumor I heard about him, I think he has a long term business deal with the Thomas family"

"What!? Harold has gotten this far in life"

While everyone were having a heated discussion while enjoying themselves in the event centre, Hutton quietly walked in.

'Although this kind of gathering bores me, I just have to endure it for the sake of the previous owner of this body' Hutton thought bitterly as he walked towards a counter were refreshments are to get something.

But before he could get there, Harold who was still on the stage of the event centre called out his name.

"Can we all please welcome one of our cherished classmates Hutton!"

"Hutton?"

"Who is that?"

"Wait Hutton.... Isn't he the one that just recently provoked the Thomas family?"

"He is our classmates!?"

While some of Hutton's classmates were deliberately revealing his recent 'achievement' the others were staring at his direction with sneers and disgust.

"I can't believe someone can be this bold and foolish at the same time"

"Well there is nothing I can tell him except to say that his fate is sealed"

"I wonder what the Thomas family will do to him now"

'Ah damn it, I really hate this kind of situation' Hutton thought with a slight frown on his face but he quickly erased it at the next moment.

'Looks like the plan is going smoothly' Gwen thought with an evil grin on her face. As for Craig, he secretly exchanged glances with Harold.

"Hutton, why don't you do us the honors and tell us what you do for a living?" After exchanging glances with Craig, Harold swiftly asked Hutton in a respectful manner. When the others saw this, a silent grin appeared on some of there faces.

"Looks like he will be doomed here"

"This seems interesting, I wonder how he will react"

While some were expecting Hutton to come on stage and answer Harold while the others were wondering what he will do next, Hutton just gave Harold a calm glance before answering indifferently

"Not interested"

Silence...

Not even a single person had expected Hutton to give Harold such an indifferent reply. Even Harold himself was momentarily stunned by the reply he just got.

"His he dump or can't he read the situation?"

"The Thomas family clearly wants him to come on stage but he just blatantly refused"

"Like I said earlier, his fate is definitely sealed now"

While the classmates were having a heated discussion among themselves, Gwen suddenly stood up from one of the few chairs in the event centre.

"Mr. Hutton, can't you see that Harold wants to be friendly with you, why do you have to reject him so decisively?" After standing up, Gwen said to Hutton with a calm smile on her face. When the crowd saw this, they knowingly held back their comment as they turned their gaze to Hutton who is now with a glass of red wine.

But the response she got from Hutton is to be completely ignored like as if she didn't exist in the room as he quietly enjoyed his wine. When the others saw this, they immediately gasped.

"I can't believe this guy actually ignored a potential heiress of the Thomas family"

"Is something wrong with his brain or is he just mentally disabled?"

When Gwen saw that she was being ignored, her face darkened as she plans to say something again. But before she could, Hutton suddenly spoke up.

"Can you give me one good reason why you are butting into this matter? Besides, even the person that asked me to come to the stage hasn't even spoken after I gave him an answer so what gives you the right to talk?"

"M-Mr. Hutton, can't you just do us the honors for just this once" Harold immediately asked again when he noticed he unknowingly being put into a bad position. But like before, Hutton answered him with an indifferent tone.

"Like I said earlier, I am not interested"

"Can you please us why you aren't interested in telling us what you for a living Mr. Hutton?" Suddenly, Craig who has been seated while enjoying a glass of red wine spoke up as he put his gaze at Hutton. But answered the answer he got immediately made his expression to be gloomy.

"Heavens! Why is everyone in the Thomas family trying to become a bastard with a facade of being a peacemaker?"

"How dare you insult the Thomas family! Gregory, immediately go and take care of him!" Gwen exclaimed with a furious expression on her face.

"Yes young mistress" answered an intense body builder who has been standing behind Craig and Gwen all this time. This body builder has light hair with dark eyes and a ridiculous huge body that has the height of a full 7 foot.

When everyone saw this monstrous giant passing through there way, they immediately gave way for his to pass.

"That guy is definitely dead now"

"Even if he manages to survive this, he will still land in a vegetative state"

When Gregory was just 30 metres away from Hutton, the later quietly dropped his glass before a devastating killing intent burst out of his body.

As soon as Gregory felt this killing intent, he immediately paused. Not only him, but the entire event centre became eerily quiet.

'Since when did he have such a dense killing intent' Both Gwen and Craig thought with a frightened expression on their faces. As for Hutton, after bringing out his killing intent, he unhurriedly spoke in a calm and deep voice.

"Now look, just because I defended a customer who was in the right against you guys which was obviously in the wrong doesn't mean you guys will pester me to no end. But now that you guys have already started, it's time I end all this"

Apparently, what made the previous Hutton to provoke the Thomas in the first place Is because he merely defended a customer of his restaurant who mistakenly stepped on one of the heirs of the Thomas family's leg. This unexpectedly enraged the man as he quickly threatened Hutton of taking his restaurant away from him.

After that incident, it has been a really bumpy rollercoaster for the former Hutton till he eventually died. But now that Taylor has taken over the body, it is time he ends the former Hutton's nightmare.

"And how exactly are you going to end this?" Craig struggled to ask with a solemn expression now on his face.

"Simple, I just pay your family a visit" Hutton nonchalantly said before he began to walk out of the event centre. As for his classmates, right after they heard what he was going to do, they immediately sneered with a look of contempt on their faces.

"I admit that his killing intent is really frightening, but I refuse to believe that will sway the Thomas family"

"Besides, the Thomas family has various mercenaries and even a rumored boxing master in their family house"

"What, they have a boxing master in their house!?"

"Like I said just now, it's just a rumor so am not so sure if they have"

Nowadays, everyone is fully focused on their body's exercise due to a discovery by the scientist and researchers. This discovery shows that by regularly exercising the body, your lifespan might prolong. The impact of this result made everyone in the world to place people like kungfu, teakwondo, karate, boxing e.t.c. masters and above in a very high regard.

"Should we go back to the family house and see how things will unfold?" Gwen asked Craig as she sat back down.

"There is no need, after the reunion party ends, we will just go and see how they took care of that bastard" Craig answered with a wicked grin on his face. As for Hutton, after leaving the reunion party, he quickly took a cab to the Thomas family's house which is located at the central district of the city.
