Chapter 80: True nature

Nazmi was incredibly pleased when Willow actually agreed to teach her what she wanted to know. It's what she had left home to do! The poor nymph had waited months just to find someone who would actually train her, and she was finally fulfilling that longstanding wish.

"Truthfully, we don't have much time until the prince returns, so this lesson might be pretty short," the spirit stated. The amorphous entity had guided her to a field near the large tree where the ground was flat.

"I already told him that I talk to you," Nazmi pouted, "so why do we have to stop just because he shows up?"

"We don't necessarily have to," Willow answered, the sighed, "but your body will be able to remain in deeper sleep when its surroundings are unchanged… and, frankly, I don't think that ridiculous prince of yours would be able to stand not having your attention. He would likely pester you."
