Chapter 55: Her funeral

The man sharp eyes sneakily took a glance as he walked past her and her brother making Lydia disappointed and she let out a sigh. 'Sigh? Why am I feeling bad for it? We are just employer and employee and nothing else. He isn't obliged to talk to me not without any business.' She gave a scolding to her disappointed self but not like anything changed. Her emotions remained the same with her trying her best to lie to herself that those emotions were nothing serious.

Nerua shook his hand in front of her zoning face and as she backed off looking startle, he gave a look to the three man who has walked upstairs toward the VIP room. "Do you know them? One of them glanced at you, I noticed." He nodded confirming his own words and still staring toward the stairways behind her.

Lydia swallowed and forced a smile, "No, I don't know them and I think you are overthinking here."
