Chapter 28: A date (2)

"Where is he?" Lydia pressingly checked her watch anxiously waiting for Ethan's date. She can't make him wait any long. Outside the VIP room at the first turn toward the washroom, she was standing impatiently as if her life depended on it. She bit her lips and again checked her watch, her brows creased, "We aren't earlier rather we are at time, who is Ethan's date… how can he be so late?" 

It wasn't much late but only 10 minutes. Because of anxiousness time was passing slower than it ever had. And finally, she saw a guy coming but he had a companion clinging to his arm. A pretty looking girl who is famous and an idol of many youngsters nowadays. She swallowed. Her heart started pumping faster and sweats increased. The girl just couldn't move her eyes from that woman. 

"Sel!" she unintentionally uttered the name when those two were about to pass her.
