Chapter 17: Whose first?
"Is that right?...I get it now"
"Good, I mean it was pretty obvious from the beginning-"
"Since day ONE you've been on Zera's fucking case giving her a hard time for absolutely no reason"
"What? Are fucking seri-"
"Look Silvana I know you dislike her being here but accusing of something like this is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS!"
"Lucien can you even FUCKING hear yourself!?"
"What the hell is wrong with you Silvana!? She's just a kid give her a damn break, can you for ONCE not constantly expect the worst out of people!?"
"Let me go"
Silvana and Lucien turned to Zera, her face showed no expression. It was difficult to tell what she was feeling in that exact moment.
"I said let me go"
Again Zera spoke in that somber tone. Her cheery voice and persona were gone. The air felt cold and stale...who is this girl?
"But master, what about your plans?"
"I SAID LET ME GO!"
Zera striked her elbow into the mans chest causing him to stumble to the ground holding his chest in pain.
"Your purpose has been served"
Zera held out her hand and faced her palm towards her accomplice.
"Cyromance"
"Primary Creation"
"Flash Freeze"
"NO MASTER PLEASE! I DID WHAT YOU ASKE-"
A wave of frost emitted from Zera's hand instantly freezing the young man in place.
Zera walked up to his body which had become a frozen statue, placed her hand on his head and crushed it with her bare hand causing the frost to scatter all over the floor making a sound one would associate with glass being broken. The headless body also began to bleed from the neck like a cup overflowing with water.
"It appears I'm getting rusty, usually the blood would be frozen aswell...what a fucking mess"
Lucien was in shock, his face showed an expression of betrayal. Up until now he has done nothing but wanted the best for Zera, he was prepared to look after and care for her despite Silvana neglecting to acknowledge her and treating her like a waste of space.
"Zera...w-what are you doing?"
"Isn't it obvious? Im talking care of the problem...now I only have three more left"
"Cryomance"
"Cardinal Creation"
Lucien's mind began racing
"No way...impossible, she's a cardinal stage creator just like Silvana? but she hasn't even received a blessing, HOW THE HELL IS SHE ABLE TO USE CRYOMANCE?" he thought to himself.
"Seraphs Staff"
Zera hold out her hand and slowly but surely a weapon began to manifest, her arm was enlightened by a sky blue aura making the wir around her whirlwind.
The light was so bright that Lucien, Athena and Silvana had to cover their eyes to avoid being blinded.
Once it had calmed down, Silvana moved her hand out the way and saw what she thought was not possible
Zera was holding a Celestial Armament.
The Cryomancers Seraphs Staff.
It had a light blue glowing haze which seemed to almost have a dim sparkle effect.
The Staff was a similar height to Zera if not taller.
Zera took the staff and thrusted it into the ground, she then folded her arms and leaned against it.
