Chapter 253: Winter party (2)

Hazel became lost in catching up with Alessandra about her trip out of town. The two parted from their husbands as it seemed Tobias and Edgar had some business to take care of.

Hazel enjoyed being near to Alessandra as she walked, looking around at the portraits of Linda's family. 

The duchess had a wonderful talent just like Tobias in calming her. If Alessandra wasn't present, Hazel couldn't be so sure that she would enjoy the party. It had to be the same for Tobias as Edgar's presence brightened up his mood. 

"Queen Hazel Castro."

Hazel turned around to see who had approached her and came face to face with a man she knew to be William Lancaster. She didn't have many interactions with him and she was warned by Tobias to stay far away from him.
