"This is going to be a painful day," a young woman named Eleanor sighed. She had no idea why the queen would send her an invitation seeing as they never spoke to each other in the past. Furthermore, Eleanor didn't think the queen knew that she existed.
Eleanor sat at a table with other young women who were confused as to why they received an invitation. They weren't from noble families. Well, Eleanor would say that about herself because of her parents' business.
Eleanor's parents ran a business in the red light district where girls sold their bodies. She was often left to the side because no one wanted to be near her for fear that the red light district would be attached to them.
