Isaac then let out an exhale. "You'll have to show him results if you want to gain his trust. This plan of yours has to work, you have to convince the port dukes," he told me. "No pressure of course," he added with a smile as if that would remove the pressure I felt to make this work.

Sure I was using the knowledge of the events I knew of what would come in the future but I wasn't sure if my plan would work.

"Don't be so hard on yourself you have to remember you've only been Kara for about a month now right? You can't expect us to open up to you right away. The Kara we've known for a year now is still very fresh in our minds, "

I still wasn't sure as I looked him in the eye.

"But...we can try to explain to Griffith if you want, I can help," he suggested.
