Elly's voice brought the babysitter back to reality as she shook her head, "No, I still have to work on my graduation thesis in a bit."

The babysitter was named Lynn Clark, an almost-graduate university student. Since her coursework was essentially over and she wasn't busy this semester, she needed money urgently for her family and thus sought a job to tide them over.
