Chapter 153: CHAPTER 153: PROBLEM WITH A WOMAN

Draymond felt anger and frustration towards himself. After closing the door loudly, he leaned against it, feeling weak with anger, his face expressing darkness as if he were a lit fuse about to explode.

He almost couldn't contain the surge of anger and frustration in his chest, feeling like he didn't know Zarina and wanting to harm her. But when he saw her crying, it shattered his heart into fine pieces.

He washed his hands over his face to lessen his boiling anger towards himself. That wasn't the love his mother taught him. Love should be patient and respectful, but he had expressed his love for Zarina through violence.

He hadn't been able to sleep well for days because his wife wasn't beside him, and out of fear of the consecutive ambushes they faced from unknown assailants. Added to that was Zarina's anger towards him.

In his entire life, he had never felt so helpless before.

Lost in his thoughts, Draymond didn't notice Drew approaching him.
