Secret Missions.

"Hey come on, Lara." Jeremy said, then dragged Lara away. 

Emily tried to rethink on the best answer. "I'm sorry?"

Jake glared at her with a sturdy face. "Oh, I just asked a simple question." He said. "You know, you're still here despite everything. I wanted to know if you truly love me that much, that's all."

Emily was blushing. No, Jake was not supposed to see that!

"Well," she cleared her throat. "I mean, why are you here? Oh, right. You...you need proof?"

Jake smiled to himself. "I guess you still love me. I'm sorry, for the whole accident--"

Emily was not comfortable with the whole conversation but something made her to pause. Jake noticed and asked what.

"No, it's just...Verona was the one that called me."

"You're Verona...oh, you say you're not her." Jake said and Emily frowned. 

"Do you even know who Verona is? She's someone you--"

"--hate so much." Jake replied. "I know."
