Chapter 26: Successfully Become a Spiritual Planter
Ye Fan gave a determined nod. "Yup, I'm all in," he said, his voice filled with conviction. "I'm ready to learn and become the best darn Spiritual Planter I can be!"
The old man nodded with approval. "Good! Follow me," gesturing for Ye Fan to accompany him. As they walked deeper into the heart of the association, the old man began to share insights into the various spiritual plants that adorned the surroundings. Each plant had its unique characteristics, and the old man explained their growth patterns, preferred environments, and potential applications.
Ye Fan listened attentively and didn't forget to utilize his Spiritual Eye. With each new plant they encountered, he focused on observing the details and then cross-referencing them with the information provided by the old man. The Spiritual Eye enhanced his understanding, providing additional insights that complemented the mentor's guidance.
However, Ye Fan noticed a slight disparity between the details he observed and those revealed by the Spiritual Eye. The skill, currently at level 3, offered valuable information, but it didn't delve into the nuances as deeply as the old man's explanations. This highlighted the importance of practical experience and mentorship in the art of spiritual planting.
Ye Fan, following the old man, arrived at a registration office where a woman was engrossed in holographic interfaces. As they approached, the woman noticed them, stood up abruptly, and addressed the sloppy old man with the utmost respect, "President."
The word "President" echoed in Ye Fan's mind, leaving him utterly shocked. His eyes widened as he looked at the old man in a new light. "President?" he whispered, incredulous at the idea that a random old man he found actually held such a prestigious title in the entire Spiritual Planter Association.
Approaching the woman who is at the help desk in front of a holographic interface, the old man introduced Ye Fan, stating the purpose of Ye Fan to become a spiritual planter he instructed. "Little Mei, Prepare the necessary documentation for his registration."
Little Mei, the beautiful woman, nodded respectfully and she handed a holographic tablet to Ye Fan, prompting him to provide the required information. As he filled in the details, the old man offered a few encouraging words. "Welcome to the Spiritual Planter Association, Ye Fan."
Upon completing the registration, Mei issued Ye Fan a membership card and a handbook containing essential information for spiritual planters. Just as she was about to conclude the process, Ye Fan presented the Shadow Tokens he had acquired and requested. "Sister Mei, actually I would like to use Shadow token to use Seed of Knowledge to transfer into a Spiritual Planter."
Mei's eyes widened slightly in surprise but quickly regained her composure and glanced at the Shadow token and then at the president, awaiting his confirmation. The old man nodded, acknowledging Ye Fan's decision. "It's an excellent use of the Shadow token. Learning from experienced planters will undoubtedly accelerate your growth in this field, but first, we need to check your Spiritual strength."
"Certainly, Ye Fan. Let me guide you through the process," she replied with a warm smile and explained "As you have heard, the requirement for spiritual strength is mandator, only those above standard Spiritual strength can use specific skills of spiritual planters. If those below standard try to use these skills, they will be backlashed and in severe cases will become mentally retarded."
Ye Fan listened attentively to Mei's explanation, absorbing the critical information about the requirements for spiritual strength in using the skills of spiritual planters. "I appreciate the warning, Sister Mei but I don't know how to check?"
"It's simple, you just need to inject your spiritual power into this plant. It will show us your current spiritual strength." while talking she took out a special spiritual plant, this plant looked a bit like a bellflower standing at a height of three feet, its slender stem bore vibrant, azure-hued flowers that seemed to emit gentle glow in the dimly lit surroundings. The petals held a mesmerizing iridescence, shimmering with a hint of otherworldly energy.
Ye Fan, simply used his Spiritual Eye on it looking at the information displayed, and muttered to himself "Gold level, but I can't see its skills."

Ye Fan focused, channeling his spiritual power into the bellflower plant. The azure petals shimmered as his energy coursed through the plant, and a subtle, harmonious melody filled the air, and the Spiritual plant started to absorb his Spiritual Power actively. Ye Fan was shocked by the absorption speed of the plant and tried to stop injecting spiritual power into the plant, but he couldn't stop.
Just as he was confused about what to do, the flowers stopped absorbing his spiritual power voluntarily leaving him with only about 15 points out of 100, looking at the attribute panel he saw.

A table with intricate engravings stood in the center, adorned with peculiar symbols that seemed to dance in harmony with the surrounding aura of spiritual plants. As Ye Fan handed over the Shadow Token, Mei placed it delicately on the table. A soft glow emanated from the token, and a holographic display sprang to life. It unveiled a list of professional transfer materials, of the many transfer materials only three can be used for Spiritual Planter. Ye Fan decisively chose Seed of Knowledge, which is the best of the available materials, and the success rate is also very high using the Seed of Knowledge compared to others.
Had it not been for the availability of the shadow token, Ye Fan wouldn't have been qualified to utilize the Seed of Knowledge. Despite the Shadow Token holding a higher value than the Seed of Knowledge, it remained the best choice to use it early, thereby improving his combat prowess and potentially yielding greater returns in the future.
Reaching for a compact, bioluminescent case, Mei held aloft a pea-sized orb. "This," she whispered, eyes gleaming, "is the Seed of Knowledge. It was as if the secrets of spiritual planting were being etched into the very fabric of his being.
Visions of lush landscapes, rare spiritual plants, and ancient runes danced before his eyes. Lessons on harnessing Reiki, concocting potent potions, and inscribing intricate runes flooded his mind. It was as if the collective wisdom of countless spiritual planters was now at his fingertips.
The visions consist of vivid images and simulations, showcasing the intricacies of nurturing spiritual plants. Ye Fan could almost feel the soil beneath his fingers, smell the fragrance of blossoms, and sense the flow of Reiki within the plants. The lessons on potion-making unfolded like a mystical recipe book, revealing the secrets of concocting elixirs that could enhance plant growth and imbue them with extraordinary properties.
Rune applications, displayed in mesmerizing patterns, danced before his eyes. The Seed seamlessly transmitted the fundamental principles of rune usage, from basic inscriptions to complex formations that could amplify a plant's abilities. After what felt like both an eternity and a fleeting moment, the knowledge transfer concluded. Mei carefully approached him to check his current status to make sure there were no side effects, and Ye Fan, still in awe blinked, momentarily adjusting to the newfound wealth of understanding that now resided within him.
"Sister Mei," Ye Fan expressed with gratitude, his eyes gleaming with newfound fervor. "Thank you."
Mei smiled warmly at Ye Fan, acknowledging his appreciation. "You're welcome. Remember, the knowledge you've gained is just to skip the learning process and some experiences of others, but its application depends on your dedication and understanding. Now, go and put your newfound skills to use."
After coming out, when he looked at his attribute panel again there were few new skills on the skill board.
