Chapter 86: I don't Know

King opened his door at the first knock. As expected, he was already up but yet to take his bath.

“Alai?” He grunted. His eyes were bright and awake, but his mood was dark. Nothing new. Even if he was having a good day, his eyes would still be dark. Hiran slapped the book to his chest, and while he was distracted by the sudden hit, she sneaked past him and entered the room.

King was taken aback when he saw the book. He was just going to look for it in the dining room when Hiran arrived.

“Thanks.”

He closed the door and turned to her.

“I thought you stopped drawing.” Hiran pointed to the book in King's hand. In response, King shrugged and threw the book on the bed, but he didn't respond.

“I thought you said you didn't like him. You drew his face fifteen times, and you don't like him. If I told you that, would you believe me?”

“What you do is none of my business.” King glared at her.
