Chapter 375: Called Her

"How did you know that?" The snake in her hand vanished instantly and she blinked.

"How did i know what?" his lips smacked ino a thin line. It could not be a coincidence that she patted it like that. Just like how her mother had patted the snake. But the amount of pressure her mother had added to the throat of the snake, it had left her immobile. While the snake could still move in Eve's hands. It did feel strange to see it that way. 

"What is a dark mage exactly? And if my mother loathes you, why did you follow her?" his eyes flickered in shock again. 

"I thought you did not remember your past." she nodded. She did not remember him enough but she had seen him coming the moment her mother left with the churchmen.

The churchmen seem to be working with her mother. But her mother was not happy there.
