Damien's face was cold. No one could read what he was thinking, the same goes with Eve. she had been with him for a long time to know that he was unsettled. He was raging but she had no idea what his wish was then?

Did he want to get rid of the child or did he want her to leave too? But she was not going to leave this confusion and stab her like a dagger every passing second. She might be a fool, an overthinker or perhaps she did not think at all when it comes to serious matters. But when it comes to him, she was not going to take the chance.

She had always been clear and upfront with him whenever she had faced a dilemma.
