Roy chuckled softly. "I didn't sneak out on you. I didn't want to distract you from your movie, that's why I came up here."

Anna eyes him warily before saying, "I don't know why, but I don't believe you."

Roy smiled and took her hand, leading her out of the room. "I was on a call with the police."

Hearing that, Anna wanted to know everything they talked about. "You don't talk about your work with me anymore. Tell me what you are up to," she demanded.

Roy had no choice but to start talking about his conversation with the police and the stage they are convicting her former manager m, Christy for the crime of attempted murder.

"I can't believe that someone can wake up one morning and think about destroying another person when there is no offense involved. I can't wait to see Christy behind bars. I'm done being nice."
