We all watched Armand’s back as he left the royal chambers. Once the door closed, Randale cursed repeatedly.

“Calm down,” Ulysses encouraged him.

Randale closed his eyes and released a harsh breath. He was frustrated by all the happenings and it seemed that the danger lurking around us was all leading to him.

“Randale,” I spoke up, and his eyes snapped open.

“Yes, Crown Prince,” he responded.

“You do know that when we are in private you can drop the honorifics,” I teased him.

“No way, Crown Prince.” His eyes darted to Ulysses.

“Assume I am not here,” Ulysses laughed and sat down on the couch.

“Impossible, Grand Prince,” Randale responded.
