'She... is dead... how?' That was an obvious conclusion. The inventory space can't take anything alive. That said, she must be dead.

Alm couldn't reason properly in astonishment. 'Did we kill her when we took the runes from the formation? What was she doing underground?'

Bruno thought about it as he observed her. 'The spatial power of this technique is simple and not lethal; even if that were the case, we would have felt something wrong in the process.' Bruno then sighed, pondering possibilities. 'She must have been dead for some time when we pulled her along with everything inside the formation.'
