Chapter 21: Transformation jutsu

After waking up at 4:30 Kaida completed his daily routine and then went to pick up Yomi for morning practice
After doing morning training and tree climbing exercises, in which they were proficient enough, that sometimes they could afford to divulge their concentration somewhere and still maintain the correct amount of chakra to not fall from the tree
They went to their houses took a bath and went to the academy
Since they didn't have to attend theory class they straight away went to the training ground and began their weapon training with their accuracy in hitting the moving target reaching an acceptable level
They started the practice of hitting moving targets while running and this was not easy in any sense, you should have full motor control of your body to draw this as the number Of things you have to focus on increased
Now not only do you have to find the location of the target after some time and the resistance of air, but you also have to focus on where you are going and how your momentum will affect the direction of the shuriken, but this time they did not have to start from level 1
Due to constant morning training their motor control is already really good the only thing they have to focus more on is their aim and shift in the direction that comes with the momentum of their motion
At lunch when they were eating, Ryota came to them and sat beside Kaida with Kiba going towards Kaida to get his daily wage of treats
After Kaida gave treats to Kiba with lots of head pats, Ryota asked
"Guys how is your jutsu training going on, actually if you are having any problems in the practice you can come with me after class, I can convince my old man to teach you guys to"
"Thanks for the offer Ryota, but we are doing pretty well on our own, we have already learnt 2 jutsu more than the academy want us for just transformation jutsu is going to take some time as I have some idea I want to try" Kaida replied
Ryota's mouth was open for some time after processing what he heard he asked
"you are saying that you have already learned 2 jutsu and training your 3rd jutsu within 2 weeks,
Do you guys even do anything other than training, leave that do you guys even sleep"
" Hahahaha, we do Ryota, we are planning to explore the village tomorrow, do you want to join us" Kaida took his question as a joke, but the growth and learning speed they had achieved was enough to put some genius to same
The reason was pretty simple, they had been training for chakra control for more than a year now, their body was now completely adaptable to chakra and they could even control the amount of chakra they wanted to use
Due to this, they were able to learn this jutsu so easily, but the jutsu starting from D rank can't be learned like this, they are more difficult to master
With each increase in rank of the jutsu, the difficulty also increases many times
Ryota just stopped thinking about this and accepted that they were genius, with a sigh he said
"no my old man is going to teach me how to do remaining jutsu as I have only been able to learn substitution jutsu till now, but don't worry I will catch up in no time"
"I am sure you will, best of luck," Yomi said while playing with Kiba
After eating they went back to their training, and continued training till Kenji arrived and told them that class time was now over
As decided earlier, Kaida went toward the library and Yomi went toward the house
At the library, Kaida straight away went to the D section of the library where he saw the book which he wanted to read now
The book's name was "True Power of Substitution Jutsu", in this book author has given detailed descriptions about what you can do and don't with this Jutsu like

It is possible to change into a non-living thing but your chakra can be detected by someone if one is trying to find you
Second, it is possible to change into an animal but you can't merge 2 animal, and animals like a bird should be avoided as their memory have some issue let's just say those who tried don't recommend transforming into birds
If you want to change into any animal you have to learn the details about their anatomy completely so that you can imitate it with the help of chakra, imagine if you don't know about how the breathing works in an animal and you can transform into that animal, you will die a very funny death that's why it is made in such a way that you can only transform if know full details about it, it is also advised to try and familiarise your self with the feeling of transforming into a said animal, since the sudden change in perspective can be dangerous in battles
Now one may ask how can we transform into a non-living thing, if we have to breathe and all in the transformation period well that's the second part of this jutsu help you to survive in that period with the help of chakra, due to this the chakra expenditure is also very high if you transform into any nonliving thing, and it is advised to do not try this unless necessary

After all the detail several images and details of different animal was given in the book, thus was the main reason Kaida was reading this book he took some scroll and started writing detail about some animals he wanted to transform
After writing all the details in the book about 4 animals – dog, cat, monkey these were to blend in the environment in the future and lastly lion well it was just for fun, well who would not want to transform into a mighty lion if you can.
He placed the book back where he had taken it from and went toward his home, where he straight away went toward Yomi's house to start today's practice
They made their way toward the training ground where Yomi started to try and transform into Kenji, while Kaida was watching and giving opinions where he can see the difference, one time it became awkward when Yomi transformed into Kenji with boobs Kaida just shift his head because he didn't want to see his sensei in this form
When Yomi realized her mistake she cancelled the jutsu and both of them laughed their ass off.
When Yomi was able to copy Kenji to an acceptable level then when Kaida started his training, the first animal he decided to transform into was a monkey as the book had said about the sudden shift in perspective he decided to transform into an animal which somewhat looked like a human
