Jax looked at Alessandro who sat by his side holding his hand.

He didn't know why he had opened up to him but he was happy that he had done so.

"Jasper, I am sorry that you had to go through all that." Ricciardo told him.

"I deserved it. I was so dense and dumb and cruel to Ava. Do you know I denounced her from the pack and made her a slave just to please my mate?"

Ricciardo said nothing in response, he just kept holding on to Jax's hand.

"she begged me to believe her but I was blinded by the love I had for my mate. At least she found her true mate at the end. And do you know the funniest part?" Jax asked him.

Ricciardo shook his head in response.
