Chapter 9: chapter 09 : singing concert and fake love
Story starts here
after meeting with gun and crystal. System using big Daniel body has no idea what has he done.. As gun is thinking about all the possibilities of what Daniel can become. As he is brainstorming. Imagining how daniel became his successor fighting himself and finally getting defeated.
We cut to system and little Daniel. Sitting with duke on the room. Then duke says "Their singing performance is next get ready". System gives control of the big Body to little Daniel. Controlling little body. system says "Daniel good luck. Do not panic and waste duke's efforts". Saying that system using little body leaves.
After vinjin and other person are done performing. As then announcer announces that. "The next performance will be done by a Collab between fashion and vocal department ". Hearing the announcement. Both Daniel and duke take a deep breath walking on the stage. Feeling nervous.
Both duke and big Daniel walk on stage. Seeing daniel girl's are screaming and saying many things. Then seeing duke everyone is saying bad things. Daniel is thinking he hears system say in his head. "No time to think make sure you do not mess up now duke. Has faith in you and you have faith in duke. As his dreams are laying on your shoulders. Remember you were once in the same place as him. So show them all you can change. And show duke that his efforts did not go in vain".
Daniel remembering Instead of trying to change. He blamed everything on mom. And seeing duke trying to change. As he goes to sing. Without messing up seeing this duke also follows up as then after 5mins of singing. At the end Daniel says " Thanks to everyone for coming here. This song was written by duke as he taught me everything. If he did not have came to me. I would have not been here. Thank you duke for everything". Then audience applaud for duke.
Duke Seeing big Daniel trying to get him into spot light. He feels happy. As he feels he is close to achieving his goal. The manager if dy agency goes towards duke and Daniel. He introduces himself and says. " You have a good voice and talent hope you join us". As then he gives his card to Daniel.
Duke Seeing this he think he might be hopeless. Daniel asks the manager to give duke a chance. But manager says . " I am sorry it's not me who's is not willing to give him a chance, But the audience. They will rather have a good pretty guy sing bad . Not having ugly looking guy sing great. This is the Truth hope you understand. And join us I will use my all power to make you into a great singer ".
Hearing the managers words. without hesitation Daniel responds to director . " I am sorry but I have no intention of getting into music industry. I have some other goals. And I hope you Understand". As then Daniel puts his cards back in his arms. And starts leaving.
As then director tires to get him with money " I will pay you what ever amount you want as long as you sign the contract". Hearing the manager saying money Daniel stops for a while. Manager thinking he got his attention. Daniel speaks "Sorry but money does not buy me friends like duke. And sorry for wasting your time". signaling duke to leave
Duke as then they both leave. After getting back stage duke asked "Why refuse the offer?, you could have made a great singer. the manager said he would use everything in his power to make you a great singer. Even going as far to asking you to name a price yet you still refused, why ".
Hearing duke words Daniel fell into deep thinking not getting the words or how to handle the situation . Daniel asks system for help. Who went home using little body. As system was getting ready to cook he hears daniel speaking " Help, I don't know what to say to duke question or how to answer. Help i don't wanna piss duke off or worse demotivate him".
System hearing daniel asking for help replies "Let me take over and have a talk with him". System taking the control of the big body. Looks at duke waiting for a reply and speaks " We both are the same with only difference between is you wanting to change with a purpose, As you can see how the world treats me. making me think like I was everything. At home both Little and big Daniel are sitting and talking. little Daniel asked system. "Why did the manager not give duke a chance". System replies " Duke got 2 out of 3 things. Talent. Will. But he failed on looks department. If he looked even half like the big body. They would have tried their best to get duke. The world treats handsome looks as a sign of success. And bad looks as a sign of bad people and thinking. But it all depends on the person trying to change anyway too much philosophical stuff. Let's accept first reward of fighting style".

Next day as little Daniel is sitting with duke in his room duke starts live room. The moment they see 2 people beside each other. As they start saying like is some gonna Feed animals as other bad things. As then little Daniel thinks this response is a bit curel as they did not do anything wrong. As then duke receives 10 moon balloons saying they should shut off the camera as they are looking like pigs. As then little Daniel asks "what's moon balloons ".

That it will be exchanged when you have 4000moon balloons and that company takes 40% as commission. As then duke says he is not interested in making money. But he wants his talent to be recognized as it is his dream to become a popular rapper".
Duke asks little Daniel what's his dream. Little Daniel replies "I don't know yet". As then duke says hope you find it soon.
As the we cut to big Daniel walking around the streets of Seoul. As then he is approached by 8 random people's. As they say look "straight. Smile act like we are your friend's. And keep walking. Try to act smart we will break your pretty face". As they lead big Daniel to an alley. One of the thugs says "empty your pockets ".
System using big boy says "make me". As one goes to punch while Big Daniel uses

As with this attack first one is knocked out. as the second one goes to grab big Daniel uses.

As the second one is also put on the ground. As they all are thinking what to do. As then big daniel says. "You all are taking to long come at me you all". As they all think big daniel is mocking them. as they all rush at him.
we cut to the out side we see big daniel leaving the alley grumbling "you were not even a good work out ". As then we see form another alley both goo and gun come out. "He is good" goo says. gun say "he is like you to confident. If he wants to be my successor. He needs to be serious as i don't want him to become like you".
As goo snickers saying " Says the guy who failed to remove his hand form his grip". As then gun gets veins on his forehead saying wanna go. "Why don't you let me fix your face. I am sure it will look good in the pavement". As they both were about to fight.
They both hear "crunch". as they both instantly look where the sound came form. seeing big daniel holding popcorn. " he asks them both popcorn?". as then goo goes to eat popcorn. But gun asks the main question. "when did you find out?".
"about what " big daniel asks confused. as goo beside him also gives same look as daniel. As gun looks them both giving same looks. goo says "I swear I can hear his blood pressure rising". "
"Yes" same says big daniel . As gun slowly takes his sun glasses off saying "I take it back I will smash your both face in the grounds. then ask you question". as big daniel says in the same tone as goo . Ahhh to scary.
As goo beside daniel says " you stole my line". sorry says big daniel. "so what do you say wanna be my secret friend ". said goo As daniel was about to reply. The both see gun break a iron pipe form a building saying. "If i knew you were this annoying .I swear i would have killed you that day".
As then goo interrupts him by saying "No you cannot kill my best friend". As they both eat popcorn. As they both stop playing as they can see gun eyes screaming bloody murder. As much they both want to tease gun.
They both stop as then daniel says "I knew when they put hand on my shoulder as I always come here their is no way they all would not have recognized me. As I am pretty much the talk of the ladies in this area".
"Someone is overconfident in their looks". says goo. ignoring goo gun asks next question . "How did you come behind us without making a sound?".
As goo is also interested in that question. big daniel answers " I just moved very fast without making a sound". As this answer intrigues GUN. As he goes to ask one more question but is cut off by big daniel saying. "What adult goes full force when fighting children".
Then daniel says "my turn to ask question".
goo in the background is ignored.
"Why following me like a stalker?. and why did you send small fires to mug me am I a low level in your eyes?". gun goes to answer he is again cut off by daniel saying " leave it I am not interested". he goes to leave the alley but is stopped by both gun and goo.
He looks at goo like he is hurt . And says in a hurt tone "I thought you were my friend". goo replies "sorry little one but. As much as i hate that guy he is also my friend. So choosing a old friend over a new is not a hard choice. We just wanna ask more question answer and leave we will not stop you. But if you leave without answering them. Is like slapping us both in the face ".
"What if i don't want to answer ". As then gun cuts of daniel by saying . "Make a crew daniel become a candidate for my successor. you will have everything money. power. ladies. anything you desire". Big daniel says "not interested. sounds like a lot of work for someone like me".
After hearing the response gun says "think about it and leaves" goo follows gun. big daniel body which is controlled by system is left in the alley thinking.
we cut we to the next day of school as big daniel sitting in the classroom. he is approached by yui as she talks to big Daniel saying she likes how he sings. As she goes to give big Daniel a branded wallet Daniel refuses saying. That it's to expensive.
As he doesn't want yui to spend her money on many expensive thing's like this.
As then big Daniel things why is she giving me these things. As he comes to a conclusion ' That she likes him '. As he hears a wrong sound in his head. System saying she just wants to use you as a bodyguard. She knows that you defeated Zack in a single hit.
I am 100% sure she wants you to be her handsome bodyguard. Daniel denies saying. She must love her so that she gave her so expensive brand wallet.
As then system reminds him jays second hand clothes cost many times more then this wallet. But Daniel still denies saying that's true love. As then system says hope you can handle a heartbreak. Good luck. As Daniel is thinking about yui for all time.
we seeing Daniel looking at yui like this makes her think that both are a perfect match as they both are famous. As then Zoe learns that yui does broadcast on paprika as she is popular then her as she thinks both Daniel and yui looks good together.
Doo is seen giving a box of cigarettes to his friends and Zack. As then Zack asks " Where are you getting money for this I hope your not taking it form someone else ". As then Doo explains he is doing paprika as he earns form their.
As Doo invites them to see him do a live room seeing Doo a live room. They all think Doo has gone mad as everyone slowly takes 3 steps away form him. After the room was over seeing Doo doing all that and earning only 400 moon balloons everyone sweats drop. As Doo offers them to teach them how to do it. But they all refuse.
As Doo goes to watch some other live rooms but he sees a fimilar face. Seeing yue doing a live room as she receives. 1000 moon balloons. As Doo is jealous for doing all that and getting only 400 moon balloons. As this all is going on.
We cut to yui also doing a live. As she sees that strange guy not who always donates way too much is not in the room as she feels safe. Thinking that it was getting too dangerous.
As then form undercovers yui boyfriend who is a gangster pops out saying how long does he needs to hide when she is doing a live room. As she clams him down by saying if they know that she have a boy friend they will not give her money easily.
As she gifts him the wallet that she was about to give to Dainel. As she is thinking what will be big Daniel doing. As big Daniel who body is used by system sneezed. Thinking who is cursing him. As little Daniel asks if he is ok. He says he is fine just too much dust on shelf's.
