A few Years Ago

"Offer me your life, your body, and I'll let the others leave. That's the deal."
Zod Considered the deal, if it meant his people and his wife could leave, he wouldn't mind giving up his body
"If you promise to return them to Krypton, then I will do it," said Zod, the others argued, asking him to reconsider, asking to take his place, Non, practically was begging for it to be him, but the Entity refused, wanting only Zod
"It won't be possible. The planet known as Krypton has been destroyed. Your solar system's sun exploded, taking your home with it." As the entity said those words, Zod's whole world came crashing down, his land, people, every day he worked hard to make Krypton's position in the universe stronger, but in the end, it was all destroyed
Upon realizing that, Zod refused to take up the entity's offer and instead opted to stay in the Phantom Zone and try to repopulate it

"The House of El, Always at the front of my problems, always when Zod is about to succeed, it is your bloodline that ruins my plans, Everything I've ever done was for the good of Krypton, But you wouldn't understand that, I regret sparring you, I will end your life here" spoke Zod as he walked towards Kara, determined to finish her
Trying to catch her off guard he released his laser beam immediately, it was a fast attack but he wasn't faster as her laser beam had reached him before he even unleashed his, he was weak, put it simply he couldn't keep this up, his battle with Raiden was his victory, but the number of burns, injuries that Raiden had inflicted on him was too much
The laser forced him to kneel, but it wasn't over, as a yellow dash spun around him, fast, super faster, faster than he could see, punching only his blind spots, and due to his weakness and injuries, he couldn't keep up or defend, the dash stopped as Wally spun his hand fast, the wind pressure created sent him flying
"ALL YOURS KARA" screamed Wally assisting Kara, as he was in the air Kara punched him back to the ground, and she then delivered a dropkick to his chest, holding him by his neck she flew with him to the skies, all the way up as she held his tired body "You Killed my father, I dreamt of this moment for years, you took everything away from me, but today, I took everything away, and now, I'll take your life"
With another punch she threw him down, then flew towards him, with sound breaking speed, she used him as a landing bag, smashing him to the ground with her two feet on his chest, blood splurged from his mouth as he lay there dying

A Few Days Ago

"Lord Zod, We finally got him, the girl from House EL Escaped, and we didn't chase, as instructed, we had to break his leg, he was too fast" As Non walked with the passed-out Wally in hand, Zod smiled, ordering them to place him on the chair
The torture lasted for another few days, but after a while, Wally started to speak, telling Zod about Superman, Earth, and the effects of the yellow sun, it was commendable that he even lasted that Long, the woman known as Faora tortured him relentlessly
"Do you know of any method of escaping from here?" spoke Zod, Wally looked at him with spite as he spoke "I don't know, I'm stuck here just like you"
Hearing that, Zod nodded, as Faora took off another of Wally's fingers "AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" Wally's screams filled the entire cave, Wally had lost that finger for the twentieth time
"This is the best part about the Phantom Zone, no matter how hard I torture you, As long as you live, you'll eventually re-grow your limbs, fantastic isn't it? This means I can keep doing this until you sing for me your entire life" spoke Faora as she placed the finger-removing tool on his other finger
"Wait Faora, our friend here is tired, he needs some time to relax, let him rest for a while, Wally, I do not like seeing you like this, please, We all want to leave, including you, if you help us out, I assure you on the name Zod, that I'll make sure you live" spoke Zod, this was Zod's specialty, showing cruelty when needed, but being an understanding and a merciful man when he needed to be
"I swear I don't have any way back to Earth, the only thing I could think of is growing my speed fast enough to go into another Earth entirely, as in an Alternate Reality, but I need to be fast, faster than normal and I haven't been able to achieve this" spoke Wally, Hearing that Zod started to think it over, and Alternate reality or the Phantom zone, a new world with unknown dangers and unknown territory to him, or the Phantom Zone, that has all but deprived him mentally
As he was lamenting his choice, an Entity emerged in the skies "Zod, Zod, Zod…..Zod" spoke the entity as it was flying leisurely as if it owned the place, placing his hand on Zod as he was flying weirdly, he was in a sleeping position in the air
"You see, my friend! I LIKE YOU! A mortal such as yourself has survived in my realm for so long! Not only that, but you managed to create a crew! And try for a family! Populating the Phantom Zone! That was a stupid idea! But I LOVE IT! You seem so interesting to me! It's the reason why I desire your body, and only yours! Because of your strong will and tenacity, it suits me so well!" spoke the entity as it flew around in a nonchalant manner
"My Answer remains the same, Eclipso, I refuse to hand over my body," said Zod with a stern face, he was fed up with Eclipso's games, the entity was too strong to fight, and he controlled everything around them, even the imagination that they used to create things and have super powers comes from him
"Oh No No! That's All done and over now my dear Zod! I don't need that anymore! I'm here for another.... interesting deal, something that's related to this human here" said Eclipso as he flew around
"You See My dear Zod, I have received some information…..Someone known as Raiden Kagawa will be entering the Phantom Zone soon….Now that is my man! Kill him for me, and I'll let you and your crew leave. That is my new offer"
"RAIDEN! NO Wait ZOD! I'll help you leave! But don't get my friends into this!" said Wally as soon as he heard Raiden's name, seeing this, Zod knew that this was his opportunity, new people were coming to the Phantom Zone, and they would be his path to escape
"Faora, let the others know, we're expecting new people in the Phantom Zone, One of them will be our escape route from here"
"Good Boy Zod! When your battle with Raiden Kagawa starts, I have a special gift for you! It's yellow"

"Dear Husband you called for me?" spoke Ursa as she walked towards the torture room where Wally was being held, she saw the hateful face of Wally, as her husband interrogated him about this Raiden Kagawa all day
"I need you to use your powers to probe information from his mind," said Zod, to which his wife frowned saying, "I thought I explained it before, I can't probe into someone's deep mind, where they hide their secrets, I can only read surface level thoughts"
"Yes, I'm aware of how your powers work Ursa, but the info I need is about his friend, so I expect him to be emotional and let some information slip into his surface thoughts, I Know it's taxing on you Ursa, especially since you're pregnant, but we need this, Faora's torturing isn't working anymore, he has been tight-lipped ever since his friend has been mentioned"
Hearing her husband's words, Ursa Nodded and joined him in the interrogation session, eventually, they realized that Raiden's power was transformation, they kept probing for information about how it worked and what are its known weaknesses, but the best they got was that it has a limit, it was the reason why Zod was reluctant to go fight first, Opting to wait a bit, until Raiden has spent some time fighting his crew
He didn't know this, but that was his reason for success, due to Raiden fighting the weaker Kryptonians, the System opted for an A-rank servant, Beowulf, had he come out first, and revealed his Kryptonian powers the battle with Raiden would have been different

"Is this it? YOU FUCKING FAILED! I CREATED A YELLOW SUN FOR YOU! YOU SHOULD HAVE WON! YOU NEEDED TO WIN" screamed Eclipso at Zod, He was angry, beyond livid, What Zod and the others didn't know, was that Eclipso was just like them stuck in the Phantom Zone, not allowed to kill or torture its residence, his celestial imagination powers were stripped away from him and merged with the Phantom Zone, he's only way of escaping was that if he managed to convince someone with the strongest will in the Phantom Zone to let him occupy his body, A rule he couldn't break, and forced him to live in the Phantom Zone for years, awaiting for Zod to break, or for someone with stronger will to enter the Phantom Zone and give up his life
But then one day, an Entity known as the {Empty Hand} told him about Raiden Kagawa, and promised him an out of the Phantom Zone if he were to get someone to Kill Raiden
"I Worked Hard, Harder than everyone, I wanted to protect my home, elevate it to the next level, to make Krypton Great, I wanted them to be stronger, but I was denied, betrayed, sent to suffer here, and now, close to winning, close to escaping from this hell, but once Again, the House EL, comes in my way" said Zod as his organs started to fail, as he was in death door, he closed his eyes and said
"Eclipso, Take My body, but promise me, to kill the EL girl, and all the descendants of house EL" spoke Zod, to which he was met with a raging voice of Eclipso
"YOU FUCKING IDIOT! THAT DOESN'T WORK NOW! IT ONLY WORKED WHEN YOU HAD THE STRONGEST WILL IN THE PHANTOM ZONE! DAMN YOU ZOD! You lost that right when Raiden Kagawa Entered the damn place!" hearing Eclipso's shouting and Rage, Zod was about to lose hope, when another Voice, Dark and Sinister spoke
"I can assist with that, Ecipso, the Rule has changed, you can take the body of anyone that offers, Kill Raiden Kagawa" spoke the Dark voice, Before Adding
"My Lord is Watching, So make sure to entertain us
After all
