Chapter 13: Chapter 13 To the capital

Well...what happened between Ethan and Lisa must be pretty intense, don't worry we'll get back to that, but for now, let's set our goal for the capital.

Ethan came out of the room after a while, Zara already left the living room so the house was empty except for him and Lisa who was still asleep after an intense session.
Ethan grabbed the map and looked at it again, the village he was in was close to the capital on the map, but Ethan knew he had to walk a long distance before he would reach the capital.
(Hey...we should leave now, we have a long way to go)
'Okay...to the capital' Ethan mumbled as he exited Zara's house.
As soon as he came out, it felt like time stopped as all the females stared at him, most of them were busy but at that moment they didn't care about what they were doing.
(Dude...I would also love it if you stay in this village till you bang all the chicks here but we need to go to the capital)
'I know right, if I decide to settle here, I'll be the only male, wouldn't that be great' Ethan said as he walked forward toward the direction of the capital.

After walking for a while Ethan looked around the forest, not only was he afraid but this wasn't his world, if this world has magic then they would definitely be beasts and dangerous creatures, he wouldn't want to die after a day.
'Hal are you sure nothing is in this forest that I should be afraid of'
(I really don't know, but if there is something dangerous in this forest, you can run right)
'What why didn't you tell me before we entered the forest'
(Well it didn't come up when we were walking toward the forest so I didn't bring it up, I didn't want to scare you)

(Don't worry there is probably nothing dangerous here, people live close by so it is safe probably, but we still have lots of distance to cover)
'You don't even know, so what are we going to do first if we arrive at the capital, first we have no money and secondly we'll need a place to rest and sleep at night'
(Well, we can start by going to an inn and applying for a job so we can make money)
'An inn, how do you intend to make money, by washing or cleaning at an inn, I can't do that, it's too much work'
(Not a cleaning job, a real job where you get paid good cash or rather good coins)
'Really, that sounds nice, so what is the job that pays good money in an inn'

(You really don't know your value in this world, males are not enough to go around, so males are protected so you can't be sent to hunt beasts, what if the beast kills you, one male is lost)
