Chapter 22: Anger or love
I decided to thank Lycan after work after all he saved me but nevertheless I felt pity for Susan.
When we finally closed at work,I went to wait for Lycan at the underground parking lot which Lycan used on the first day I came to his company.
I decided to call him because I have been waiting for him for the past one hour.He finally picked after several rings I guess.
"Heyy why are you disturbing me.I heard him say in a cold manner.
I....I just wanted to tell you am waiting for you,so we can leave together.
Why are you waiting for me,just leave with the cab after all that's your new behaviour or wait for your friend. He finally said then he hung up.
I was so frustrated. Lycan was so annoying, first of all he was helping me and now he is embarrassing me. He is so frustrating.Uhmmm,tssssk I muttered. I kept on thinking that I didn't notice when Lycan came to my side.What brought me back to the world was his domineering voice.
" Let's leave or would you stay here.
After he said that,he entered the car. I wondered where his driver was.
Immediately I entered the car, he zoomed off.He was driving speedily and crazily that I didn't notice when I screamed.
Lycan!!Please stop driving too fast.
He ignored me and continued driving.

We got home in an hour time thanks to Lycan's crazy drive. The journey home was supposed to be two hours or more.
"Would you get down or continue staying in the car? I heard Lycan say.
I got down from the car then I heard his voice again.
" Walk faster.
In no time,we got to the elevator. I couldn't even feel my own legs and the looks on Lycan's face was as if he wanted to control the elevator faster.
Finally,the elevator stopped in front of our room.Uhmm,didn't know there was an elevator, I mumbled.
Sky,get dressed we have a function to attend.Please be fast.
Where are we going to,I managed to ask.
Just get dressed you have less than an hour. Immediately he said that,I rushed into the bathroom and had a brief shower. I got out and picked a silk gown. It was deep pink in colour and just a knee length with tiny arms.The back was somehow exposed and it had a zipper. I slid into it and clipped my long brown hairs to one side.
I was still getting ready when I heard someone barge in.It was Lycan.
Lycan what's all this,how can you barge on me why dressing. Don't you have any manners or respect.Instead of getting answers, all I could see was Lycan's absent minded face.
He was without his mask and he looked damn cute.He kept on staring at me till I heard his cold voice.
You are done after all so let's leave.Oh my goodness this guy is so frustrating and mannerless,I muttered in a loud way.
Did you say something, he asked.
No...I didn't.
I was ready but I didn't notice my zipper was undone. I followed Lycan who seemed to be running why walking.I had to meet up with him so I was panting.
Eventually, we got to the elevator.
