Chapter 103: Just Be Careful

"So, are you going to answer my question now, Axel?" Victor inquired before sitting down beside him on the pitch.

After training for a while on the pitch, the players were enjoying a short break now and Victor wanted to use the opportunity to bring up a topic he raised yesterday.

"Huh? Answer your question about what?" Axel turned to him with confusion.

"Uh… don't tell me you've forgotten, I asked you a question during the match yesterday."

"Really? You asked me a question?"

"Axel."

The two locked eyes at that moment starting something akin to a staring contest and after just twenty seconds, Axel gave up and turned away from him with a sigh of defeat.

"You're quite persistent."

"So, you do remember."

"Of course I do, I don't have the memory of a goldfish." He retorted.

"I think it would be really interesting if you did."
