Being transmigrated or isekai is rare. As in nearly impossible. The soul has to fulfill a variety of conditions to even get a chance of getting to see God and being blessed. Among the many, some of these factors that increase your chances are:
Having a tragic or sad life.
Having the motivation and ambition to live a new better life.
An abrupt or tragic death.
Being an ethical or moral person.
Being familiar and comfortable with the concept of an omnipotent being, magic, blessings, and systems.
Surviving the void where souls sleep until entering heaven, hell, or the reincarnation cycle.
Not entering heaven, hell, or the reincarnation cycle.
Maintaining consciousness after dying and losing your physical body.
These are just a few.
This era seems to have many people familiar with the isekai or transmigration concept but lacking in other aspects. The soul previously known as Chase on Earth fulfilled many of these conditions, but so have many other souls.

'I knew where I was.
Or at least, I don't see how this could be anything else but my dream and any Otaku's dream.
I died, and now I am in this weird ethereal place with a reflective ocean-like floor that extends infinitely and a beautiful blue sky with clouds that seem to stretch forever.
Am I really going to get isekai or transmigr-----?'
"Yes, you are," I was interrupted by your typical God in an Anime, a beard, an older man with white robes.
"Will I get so?"
"Yes."
"Can I ask fo-"
"No and Yes, depends if your soul can handle it. No, your soul can't handle omnipotence or most Godly or Divine powers."
"Then what about..."
I stood there and thought about my possible wish.
"What world will I b----"
"Any."
You might think that I would jump at an opportunity to be isekai, but if you really think about it. How could you, as a person in the 21st century with all the amenities and comforts you have, go to an isekai like a fantasy medieval world?
It would just be inconvenient and surprisingly annoying. Going into another world with no knowledge of it was not ideal; you would need an amazing power to offset your lack of knowledge, which I might get in this scenario, but there is another thing. My friends and my family, I can't leave my loved ones behind. It saddens me to think of them at my funeral or me at theirs.
I definitely have regrets in my life, though. I wasted so much time in Jail...
"Can I-"
"Yes, and you might want to hurry up," He interrupted once again with a sense of annoyance.
I don't want to annoy God, but also this is literally the rest of my life. I kind of have to think... I guess I will just do the same world, but I wonder if could be in it back in time when I was 15.
"Yes, you can, but it won't be the same universe. Time travel doesn't work like in the movies. I will explain after I grant your wish. I understand that you want to think about your wish, but your soul is becoming damaged from being here. The ability to grant you strong wishes is tied to having a strong, healthy soul. The longer you wait, the less powerful your wish will be."
Then he dropped that bombshell, and I panicked.
Me: "So no omnipotence?"
God: "Way too late for that."
Me: "Infinite Creation?"
God: "That is just omnipotence, and no, it is not one of those 'be careful what you wish for' scenarios. I will grant it based on what you actually desire."
Me: "System?"
God: "What type?"
Me: "Um..."
Then I had a banger loophole.
Me: "What if I had to work to get some more powers while having it? Could I get a stronger system?"
God: "Yes, and you could pick what your work up too. I know you are a degenerate, so perhaps you want a sexual type system; I know that's popular."
Me: "No, that is only cool in fiction, not in actual life. It comes with problems... Give me the ability to extract anime and game abilities and aspects. I could upgrade the system using... my own personal goals and dreams as achievements and milestones within the system that will reward me?"
I asked as a question because it might have been too OP for my soul.
God: "Granted, it will be a little weak at first. I will grant this right away and leave some answers to some questions I think you have on some divine paper with divine ink on your physical body."
After he said granted, everything seemed to get disoriented and stretched until it was just black.

Looking over his life after I quickly went through the exchange to get him the best wish he could get, I understand where he got those increased chances from. I only hope he can be happy and that I can meet another soul soon.
I am just getting lonely.
Now that I think about it, maybe I will be able to see him soon.
