Vaelithra muttered to herself as she analyzed the readings. The first power read 12,000, the second 12,100, and the last one a staggering 34,000. She couldn't help but feel intrigued by these newcomers.
Despite her curiosity, Vaelithra remained composed. "Interesting, but still nothing to worry about," she murmured, trying to reassure herself. Nevertheless, as a precaution, she generated energy in her hand and launched it into the sky, creating a formidable barrier around Kurayami's atmosphere. It was a protective measure to prevent any unauthorized entries.
Meanwhile, aboard their spaceship, Selena attempted to land on Kurayami but found herself thwarted by the impenetrable barrier. Her frustration was palpable as she realized that their mission was facing an unexpected obstacle—those damned Shadow Cult members.
Back on the surface of Kurayami, the battle between Syrelara and Zenithar continued its relentless course. With a burst of strength, Syrelara effortlessly kicked Zenithar around, taunting him all the while. "C'mon, do something! Don't you want to protect your Void Key?"
Zenithar seethed with anger and frustration. "How dare you, girl? How dare you evil beings try to destroy this era of peace?"
Syrelara simply laughed in response, unrelenting in her assault. She then screamed in rage, raising her ki to its limit. Her attack, Eclipse Strike, was a fusion of their respective weapons, capable of devastating melee strikes. The Eclipse Strike could cut through even the toughest defenses with ease.
But Zenithar was not to be underestimated. With swift determination, he countered with Twilight Infusion—a powerful technique that infused his attacks with both light holy ki and darkness ki. This duality of power confused and overwhelmed his opponents, disrupting their energy flow and weakening their defenses.
Their clash was fierce, each blow resonating across the dark landscape of Kurayami. However, Zenithar's Twilight Infusion proved successful, and he managed to wound Syrelara gravely. She fell to the ground, weakened but not defeated.
Zenithar taunted her with a mix of fury and conviction. "You are not a good person. You are trying to destroy the peace of the universe. That's why I, the great Zenithar, will kill you."
But just as Zenithar was about to deliver what he believed to be the final blow, a new player entered the scene. Vaelithra, who had been observing from the shadows, intervened swiftly, delivering a powerful kick to Zenithar's face.
"Playtime is over," she declared coldly. "It's my turn now."
