Krystal sighed inwardly, refusing to let go of Shikera's shoulders. Knowing her next words would not be taken well by the latter, she was trying to prevent her from storming out of the room.

"Calm down, Kera. I uhm...I shouldn't be talking to you about this, Seriously. Where's Ethan?"

"Home," Shikera deadpanned.

"And you came here alone? Why did he not come with you?"

Lowering her gaze to stare at the tiled floor, Shikera replied, "Probably because he doesn't know anything about this yet. Just tell me whatever you want to, Krystal."

She stepped away to free herself from Krystal's grip and walked back to the chair she had been sitting on.

"I have to get home before he does, so let's be fast," she stated.
