Chapter 253: Where's My Mummy?

Ruthlyn crept away from the living room up to her own room, unable to bear the tension in the living room. Cyprian and Raymond were causing trouble with their prolonged stares at each other without saying anything. She was beginning to think they were talking with their eyes.

"Won't you change out of that pajamas?" Cyprian asked, breaking the heavy silence in the room, following Ruthlyn's departure.

"You are not the one wearing it," Raymond deadpanned, his tone curt and emotionless.

Cyprian picked up her bag and stood up, ready to leave the villa. She had no idea why she was here in the first place anyways.

"Oh... alright then. I just felt you might be uncomfortable in it," she muttered.

"Where are you going?"

"Home," Cyprian replied.

Raymond chuckled, "You really don't care, right? You want to leave for home when I'm like this?!"
