Before she answered him, his hands rose to embrace her by her waist and from the chains binding her to the cuffs around her wrists, the restraints binding her, turned into nothing more than heavy iron dust that dissipated into thin air, spreading all over the hall.

To Ela, it was because it was for the first time since they reunited again that he actually showed concern for her well being, thus, she didn't even care about how and what he did to turn her cuffs into dust.
