Chapter 518: Been More Vigilant

"How can we treat it?" I pressed the back of my palm to my forehead. 

"The best is antiviral medication. We've already started his first dosage of oseltamivir, IV fluids since he is terribly dehydrated and oxygen therapy as well. His fever we are closely monitoring since he has been getting random spikes. If the fluid in his lungs gets any worse we will then have to drain it but for now he is in the clear for that."

"When can I see him?"

He stared at me a few seconds before he shook his head, "Viral pneumonia is highly contagious Demyan. I'm not so sure with your heart and of course the pregnancy if you can afford to see him. You can be putting yourself at risk. We'll have to test you just to make sure you haven't caught it. Are you aware if he has been in contact with anyone else?"
