Chapter 262: I Promise You

Demyan 

I sat on the couch with my legs crossed as I waited for Ethan. He had finished showering a few minutes ago and I could hear him walk around his room as he probably got dressed. 

I wished I had showered and changed before he had returned but since my morning shower in Vasilisa's room after I had refused to leave and I had gone out to get Ethan a proper present, when I had returned I was so tired I simply changed into one of his shirts and fell asleep on the couch. 

Realistically I knew I was even lucky he was entertaining the thought of me right then. He was never one to even spare someone his time if he was truly upset with you. 

Eventually the bedroom door opened, Ethan came out in a black long sleeved shirt, his black sweatpants and grey socks. His hair stood up in random directions and looked a tad bit frizzy probably from being towel dried. He looked slightly more awake now.
