Even though I insisted I would not sing karaoke today once the sun had started to set and I could barely differentiate people's faces anymore, I found myself up on the small stage dressed in a leather pleated skirt and flip flops with my hair down with a mike in my hand as I loudly sang 'I Wanna Be Your Slave' by 'Maneskin'. 

"'I wanna pull your strings like you're my Telecaster and if you want to use me, I could be your puppet. I held a cigarette in my hand from the universe knows where and between breaks I would take puffs of it then blow out the smoke from my nose. I was not sure if I was singing and smoking because I was completely drunk off my arse or if Ethan had pushed me into insanity.
