Chapter 67: Make Sure She Never Finds Out

Yan Lingyun stared at the young man in front of him with a heavy heart. He could see his traces of himself within him. The young man was gazing at him directly. His eyes seemed to penetrate a hole through his heart. 

"Ahem"

Yan Lingyun coughed to brush off the slight nervousness he felt. It was embarrassing to feel intimidated by someone from the younger generation. 

"The golden moon is seven days away. If you can attain the seventh element on that day, Longwei and Meixia will be brought back to life."

The younger man looked down. A subtle expression on his face, hard to read. A brief few seconds later, he nodded.

"I know."

"You can leave now then. Prepare well. Don't let this old man down." Lingyun said encouragingly , as he patted on his shoulder. 

"She would be brought back after extracting the essence, right?" 

Yan Lingyun was stunned by his grandson's question.
