Chapter 41: Too Reckless For Her Own Good

"Looks like someone found their destined one already, huh?" Yi Shi jabbed her on the waist, speaking in a teasing tone. 

"Don't speak nonsense. I barely know him." Lanying retorted immediately. She had a hard time ignoring the burning gaze from the man still standing at the entrance.

"Alright, alright, whatever you say." She said, clearly not taking her words seriously. 

"Miss Lanying? May I?" Changmin shouted once again, his stance impatient from waiting.

Glancing around, Lanying lowered her gaze. A few have left the room already. But most were curious and were gazing at her direction, without even trying to hide their curiosity.

With short hesitant steps, she walked towards him. 

"Thanks for showing me around that day." She spoke in an attempt to ease the awkwardness.

"Classmates, you might have mistaken this for a drama. But it's not one."
