Chapter-103
All the students and teachers gathered at the finish line, growing impatient for the result. The unexpected rain added to the atmosphere. Calmly, Nezu took out a pocket watch, "There are sixty seconds left. If the time is met, young Uzumaki will fail," the UA director said calmly, glancing at All Might, who was observing the ruined city. Apparently, both Endeavor and Naruto had not held back, resulting in significant destruction to the fake city.
Among the students, Kirishima was the first to spot a silhouette in the rain. "Oi oí oí, are you serious?!" Everyone directed their gaze in the same direction as the redhead.
"It's impossible..." Iida, like his companions, couldn't believe what they were seeing. One of their comrades walked in the rain, displaying first, second, and even third-degree burns in various parts of his body. The only remnants of his clothing were his burned pants.
However, what impressed everyone the most was that the country's second-best hero, Endeavor, was unconscious and being carried like a sandbag on the shoulder of that teenager, who was supposed to be a student. "..." Bakugo could only feel anger flooding his mind as he witnessed how the damned Uzumaki demonstrated the difference between him and the others.
Walking at a slow pace, Naruto crossed the finish line just fifteen seconds before time ran out. He dropped his body in front of Recovery Girl's feet and looked at the UA director, "Is that all?" He asked with an indifferent face, while some blood fell from his forehead to his right cheek, where he had a second-degree burn.
"Yes..." was the simple response of the little bear/dog, who only placed his paws behind his back. "I am proud to tell you that you have passed. Do you require medical attention?" He asked carefully, only to receive a refusal from the teenager, who only held his right arm in some pain.
"No." Saying that, he walked among the professional heroes who moved out of his way. However, he stopped in front of Shiori.
"..." The gaze of both teenagers collided, and they did not have to say anything to understand each other. The girl with white and red hair was the one who, with a crystallized look, felt Uzumaki's right hand pass through her hair. This gesture was strange to many who could not understand it, but others managed to interpret it in their own way.
"See you, Shiori." Saying that, Naruto walked in the rain. Although he wouldn't admit it, Endeavor gave him a tough fight, and now he just needed some drinks and to wait for the healing inside him to mend his wounds. Today was a long day.

"Another, please!" Kimi's shout echoed as she raised a bowl of ramen, promptly taken by a cheerful Ayame. Both were tending to the small stall, bustling with customers. The white-haired girl wasn't alone; Takashi sat on her right, and Naruto on her left. Team Four enjoyed their ramen together, savoring the cozy atmosphere.
"Hey, if you keep going like this, you're going to get fat..." Before the dark-haired team member could continue, he felt the murderous gaze of the team's kunoichi. Swallowing dryly, he smiled in panic.
"Hey, Kimi-chan, you have a nice hairstyle today, is it new?" Naruto diverted the attention of the white-haired girl, instantly causing her to forget the earlier offense and blush with a bright look.
"Do you really like it? Well, Oka-san did it for me!" Kohara excitedly caressed some strands of her hair, continuing to share how her mother took care of her hair on their day off.
"Thank you," Takashi whispered gratefully to his little teammate seated next to him. In these two years as a team, they had developed a strong friendship. Naruto could say they were his only friends apart from the Uchiha family, Kakashi, Gai, and his own family.
"For nothing," the blonde calmly continued eating the next bowl of ramen given by the restaurant owner's daughter.
"And tell me, Naruto-chan, what does it feel like to be a Chunin at such a young age?" Ayame asked, leaning on the bar, curious about the boy who was only five years younger than her—a sight that many in the village failed to see.
"I still think it's unfair! I defeated three of Kiri's genin! Three!" Takashi shouted, slamming the table in anger. Just weeks ago, they returned from the Chunin Exams held in Suna, a gathering of the four great nations—Kiri, Suna, Kumo, and Konoha.
"That was on the path to the tower in the center of the desert. And if I remember correctly, you separated from the group," Kimi chimed in, finishing her third bowl of ramen. "The fact that you met them and defeated them was just luck," she added with a shrug and a yawn, earning an annoyed look from Fate.
"And I wonder where my team was? Oh yeah! They were huddled in a cave in front of a campfire!" accused Takashi, making Kimi smile with amusement.
"It was night, and the temperature dropped. So, I made the serious decision to sleep near Naruto-chan, you know, to keep him warm," she spoke with fun and happiness, her big smile growing when she noticed her nine-year-old teammate looking away with a faint blush.
"And if I hadn't arrived, perhaps you would have taken away his purity," Takashi's words made Ayame almost drop a basin, while Kimi blushed with shame.
" Purity?" He couldn't help but ask out loud Naruto, who was still a nine-year-old boy who didn't know many things, especially those that involve things like feelings and the opposite gender. This was taken advantage of by Takashi who smiled wickedly while he gave Kimi a look that made her panic.
" My dear friend," approaching, the dark-haired boy put his arm around the Uzumaki's shoulders, "Surely you must already know how girls and boys differ, but have you ever wondered why?" receiving a nod Takashi smiled even more, "Well you see purity is something that is lost when a girl and a boy have sex-"
*Crackshh*
It was the sound of a ladle hitting the head of the genin with his head against the table. Ayame tossed a saucepan at him to protect Naruto's innocence. "Purity is lost when you kiss a girl, Naruto-chan," Ayame said, smiling innocently while cleaning a frying pan.
"Oh," Naruto nodded in understanding. He thought purity was a big deal, but now he realized a kiss with a girl meant something significant, especially for girls. "Hey, Takashi, do you still have your purity?" Naruto asked, smiling. Takashi stood up under the penetrating gazes of Kimi, Ayame, and Teuchi.
"Eee~?" Uncomfortably, Takashi blushed and forced a smile. "Of course not! Lots of girls have come through Takashi Hado's harbor, and they want more!" He bragged, but his confidence crumbled as Kimi and Ayame's laughter echoed, breaking his bravado.
"Hahahahaha! You?! Seriously you?!" Even Ayame joined Kimi's laughter, audible even in the street. "But you're as inexperienced as a nun raised in a monastery!" Each word pierced Takashi's pride, enveloping him in a gloomy aura. "I bet you haven't even had your first kiss~" Kimi teased with a playful tone, further deflating Takashi's confidence.
"I did have mine."
