The shaken weaselkin shivered for a split second, casting off the chill of the night air and failing to brush that burdensome encounter to the back of his mind. 

Meanwhile, Rizz was welcomed by his four apprentices and two guests.

A long arm was slung around the goblin before anyone else could whip up a conversation. Jiudee hunched over to meet Rizz eye-to-eye with a tilted face. 

"I've heard of blast furnaces… but never–"

"Shhh… Wait till we're in the privacy of our tent." Rizz profusely patted the anxious slothkin on the back. 

Swapping to a whisper, Rizz added, "And thanks to your help, everything will be up and running before your sons finish swinging their hammers for the night."

"Ha! That's… quite the claim." Jiudee let the goblin go, showing an acknowledging grin. "Don't be lying. Or I'll… never take a job from you ever again."
