"Three cheers for Outcast Guild!"

The clanging of wooden mugs and the slam of heavy platters overwhelmed the dining hall. 

"To Outcast!"

"Outcast forever!"

"Thank the goblins!"

Laughter washed over the entire tavern like high tide. And it was all centered around a table of five people, where the smallest person was the most eye-catching. Not only because of his green skin or his back-drooping ears. But mainly due to his choice of chair. That being a deceased, one-meter rat. 

"Hey!" Rizz stood atop his rodent cushion with pointing fingers. "You've only got an hour on my tab, so hurry up and order your shit. And if I don't hear tips hitting tables, I ain't paying your asses next time!"

At the same moment, Lobur's youngest sister approached their central table with a round of beer and a tray of bison steaks. 

"Thank you, Linda!" the boarkin warrior rubbed his hands together with an eager snort.
