David had a firm grip on his steering wheel, his handsome face clearly displaying irritation as he kept stealing glances at the woman in the passenger seat of his car.

"Uhmm, it would be better if you looked at the road instead of me, we wouldn't want an accident, especially since you have a 'pregnant' passenger with you,"

Rina gently suggested after noticing that she had been catching his eye repeatedly, and it seemed like she had garnered more attention from him than the actual road.

"I know how to drive, miss," he replied curtly to her, firmly redirecting his attention to the road while maintaining a tight grip on the steering wheel.

David couldn't accept that instead of being in his soft bed, asleep, he was here, driving a woman he had only met twice.

'This woman seems to bring bad luck,' he said to himself because every time he encountered her, it came with obligations, despite not even knowing her.
