Chapter 48: 48. You are walking

George smiled after recovering from the shock he received. He didn't expect Anna to say something like that but that was what he wanted from Anna.

Anna didn't have to question herself about George's motive because all he wanted was to help her. She just needed to appreciate him for his help and everything would be fine.

Anna practiced it and it didn't kill her. She received a smile from George. "It is my pleasure," George answered Anna and invited her for breakfast.

The pudding was good and George's skill also made Anna grow fond of him. Although Anna couldn't get rid of the habit and mindset of being independent.

Another month went by. The little time created a familiarity between George and Anna. They helped each other to achieve their aims.

George shared his experience with Anna and if not physically, he let her know about his day through the phone.
