Chapter 526: I know what will happen

He had gotten the key and he now wanted to move on to the next step in his plan. After coughing out loud to remove the soil that had entered his throat and lungs, the young man looked up to thank his saviors. He had thought that the other devils had finally discovered what had happened to him and had come to save him. When he instead saw the very human that had buried him alive, the devil felt rage fill its innards. Devils were not known for their good temper. He jumped into the sky and broke off a piece of bamboo to form a makeshift weapon. He then swung down at Kai Syaoran's head with all his might. When Kai Syaoran saw what the devil was doing, he was shaken to see the image of a primordial ape manifest right behind the devil. The young man did not look like a "human" swinging the bamboo pole but a primordial ape swinging the pole to destroy all creation. The devil was clearly using a very powerful art. The formations Kai Syaoran had just set up were on the verge of collapse.
