Chapter 486: Failed Assassination Attempt

"Are they stupid?Perhaps they are the bravest people to ever walk the earth.? "For less than a second, Kai Syaoran did not know what to make of his attackers.

Ever since he had shown off his talent, the sect had gone to great lengths to keep him safe. He had been assigned full-time guards. These guards remained in the shadows and never showed themselves to anyone including Kai Syaoran even though they knew that he could see through their stealth arts with his dharma eye. Kai Syaoran opened his dharma eye and to his surprise, his guards were nowhere to be seen. 

"No matter, I can always deal with them myself ." thought Kai Syaoran.

He then put on the appearance of a weak young man with seemingly endless talent and waited for his would-be assassins with his hands crossed over his chest.
