Chapter 171: 171. The Race Conference Begins

 It was finally the day of what was being referred to as the "Race Conference."

This was supposed to be a conference where the Sea Race and the humans would come together and discuss the many issues that had led to the war that was currently raging on the Central continent .They wanted to find solutions to the problems and bring peace back to the world .

The Yulong capital was filled with excitement. The mighty city was decorated and security inside the city had been greatly increased. One could see a guard stationed after every five steps. These guards were all powerful Earth Monarchs and by using their combined soul senses to scan every inch of the city, not even a mosquito would be able to enter the city without presenting its invitation letter.
