Orion wasn't dumb nor was he delusional. Most would consider him insane but still, each of his actions were calculated.

Seeing the Chimera rapidly heal as its power once again spiked, infinitely nearing that of a half step mortal sage, he sighed.

All the power within his body seemed to gather at the tip of his tongue as he did something inconceivable, something that would have repercussions he wouldn't be able to fathom nor understand for a long time.

[Domain Expansion: Mortal Haven.]

There was no large explosion, no huge power boost nor apparent change yet the smile that bloomed on Orion's face told otherwise.

The domain he had just spontaneously formed was simple. Within it, no power, energies, laws, daos or any esoteric abilities could be used. Everyone would be considered a mortal and have the same physical parameters.
