It has been 3 days since the battle with Ash.
In Viridian Forest, Troy was training weedle to move to [B] rank, seeing the new information.
—------------------------
Trainer: Troy
Pokémon: Weelde
Lv: 13
Abilities: Run Away
Gender: Female
Aura: Emerald
Moves: string shot [B], Poison sting [B], bug bite [D]
—--------------------
Happy for how much weedle has grown in the past 3 days. The reason is also that, being a bug-type Pokémon, they go stronger than most other types of Pokémon, with the downside of having a lesser life expectancy, though they are able to live longer depending on their aura potential, which can increase their life.
Now done with training for the day, Troy thought it was about time to start searching for materials in the forest that could help him earn money.
The reason for needing the money sooner is so he can buy a trainer alliance card. With an alliance card, you would be able to take on jobs on the poke board at the pokecenter and also be able to challenge the Pokémon gyms and join tournaments.
Packing everything Troy had, he returned weedle back to the poke ball and got ready to move. Walking in the forest, Troy looked at the map he had bought, which showed his location being right near the edge that's deeper into Viridian Forest, which most trainers would have a death wish entering for how dangerous and unexplored it is.
Troy, feeling like the risk would be worth it to enter, had decided he would go for it.
Walking deeper into the forest, Troy had seen kakunas and metapods hanging, and weedles and caterpillars crawling on the branches and trees. Not seeing any Pokémon with a decent talent for aura, Troy decided none of them were worth being captured and just ignored them.
After about 20 minutes of walking, Troy had started to notice less caterpie and more weedles and kakuna hanging on the tree. Troy, seeing this, could only think of one thing: he was in beedrill territory.
Knowing how dangerous being here was, Troy was also glad he found it because that means there will be beedrill honey somewhere around here.
Not wanting to rush in and find the honey only to be killed by a swarm of beedrills, Troy had to come up with a plan to be able to get the honey.
Walking out of the beedrill territory, Troy finally thought of a plan after seeing a few caterpillars. After marking where the beedrill territory was on the map, Troy started to look for the butterfree territory where his plan would start.
After a few hours of walking in the opposite direction of the beedrills, Troy had finally come across the butterfree territory, not wanting to be seen. Troy threw out the weedle and gave it the command, Tweedle, I want you to use string shot on all the metapods and pull them off the branches, then quickly return to the pokeball." The weedle listening gave a quick nod and started to use string shot as fast as it could to pull the metapods off the branches and onto the floor.
Once all the metapods had hit the floor, the butterflies were looking at what was causing the metapods to go onto the floor, only to see a single weedle. Having caused all the chaos, they started to start flying to attack the weedle.
Troy, seeing the plan worked, returned the weedle to his poke ball and started running to the beedrill territory with a flutter of angry butterflies. Troy was quickly apologizing for what he was about to do next.
Finally entering the beedrill territory, Troy threw out weedle and told weedle to do the same thing. The beedrils, noticing the commotion, saw Troy and went to attack him. Troy, now running back to the flutter of butterfree while also being chased by a swarm of beedrills, couldn't help but feel excited for what's going to happen next.
Getting behind a bush, Troy started to wait for the beedrills and butterfree for the conflict to begin.
