Chapter 43: Chapter 43 Raging Wind and Storm

The Heavy Armored Beast rampaged through the Great River, and after having its fill, it swam back to its cave by the riverside, where it lay down to rest and digest.

Withdrawing his consciousness, Jack looked up and realized it was already past five o'clock, the orange-red sunset slanted in, casting long shadows on the ground.

"It's already this late, huh," Jack murmured with slight emotion.

Ever since releasing the Heavy Armored Beast, he, who was multitasking with his consciousness, always felt time flew by too quickly, with a whole day passing in the blink of an eye, as if he hadn't had the chance to do much.

At this moment, Freya on the opposite side closed her book, glanced at the time, and asked softly, "It's about time. Shall we go back together?"

"Sure," Jack nodded.

Just like usual, the two put their books back in place and took the elevator out of the Teaching Building.
