Chapter 46: Chapter 46 : I never said I won't arrest you guys!

Kahn's words resounded in Ace's ears.

Rising to his feet, Ace stared at Kahn with determination.

"I'm not done yet. I won't fall here."

However, in the next instant, Kahn's domineering foot was already at Ace's face.

With immense force, Ace was sent hurtling tens of meters away.

Kahn followed suit, closing in on Ace, landing an elbow blow to his abdomen.

The attack left Ace visibly strained, and he coughed up a mouthful of blood.

He was sent crashing into the rocky terrain, leaving a significant hole in his wake.

"Ace!" Luffy's voice quivered with concern.

Ace soon comprehended that the adversary before him was beyond his league.

Yet, surrender was inconceivable to him.

"Flame Precept: Fire Pillar."

Intense flames erupted from Ace's form, surging into the sky and converging into a column of fiery light that streaked toward Kahn.

To Ace's shock, the towering pillar of fire not only failed to harm Kahn, but it didn't even succeed in pushing him away.

Observing Kahn standing amidst the fiery onslaught, Ace knew he was defeated.

"The flames, like I said, have no effect on me. But it's somewhat unexpected that you were harboring such power. Nevertheless, it's your last resort!"

"I didn't anticipate that there would be monsters like you in the Navy, and you're not even in the second half of the Grand Line. Dad, I'm sorry."

"Whitebeard doesn't even aim to become Pirate King, yet here you are, yearning for him to become so intensely!"

"Pops has what it takes to be the Pirate King." Ace staunchly believed in his father's potential.

"How ludicrous. You unworthy of that old man, Garp. Both boys he raised—luffy and you—became pirates, yet he remains the Navy's hero. What an irony."

Ace's demeanor shifted.

"You know about Garp."

Kahn's reply came by way of another forceful kick that sent Ace soaring once again.

When Ace landed on the ground, Kahn was already at his side.

Kahn's overpowering foot bore down upon Ace's chest, causing intense pain to ripple through him.

Exhaling with difficulty, Ace spat out yet another mouthful of blood.

His breath wavered, and his vision grew hazy.

His gaze burned with anger as he met Kahn's eyes.

"The Navy reveres that old man every day. Why does the name sound so grating to me? Garp took such risks to protect you, and yet you're treated like this? It's truly ironic."

Ace's body trembled.

A tense silence ensued.

"Speechless? Feeling pathetic, are you? You've regained your footing, only to become a pirate. You're a disgrace. Are you even worthy of being Roger's son?"

Kahn invoked another familiar name.

Ace stared at Kahn, his disbelief giving way to fury.

This idiot had killed his mother due to pregnancy problem.

"Don't mention him. I have nothing to do with him."

Kahn's gaze turned cold.

His colossal foot descended once more.

Ace fell silent.

"Am I wrong? You never once addressed Garp as 'grandpa.' He risked everything to save your mother and you, yet you referred to Whitebeard, a pirate who defeated you, as 'dad.' You even went as far as supporting him as the Pirate King. Your mother wished for your safety, yet you became a pirate! How absurd!"

Ace's form quivered, and he fell silent.

"Rubber Rubber Pistol."

A voice resounded from a distance.

Kahn shifted his gaze just in time to evade Luffy's oncoming arm.

Simultaneously, Sanji's kick aimed for Kahn's head.

Kahn reacted instantly, catching Sanji's foot with lightning speed.

Swiftly and with precision, he gripped Sanji's leg, and with a deft movement, twisted his body and flung him away.

Sanji suffered a brutal blow, sent sprawling and coughing up blood.

In a flash, a slash of light appeared.

Kahn released Sanji's leg, while dark Haki manifested on his arm.

With a metallic clang, Zoro's twin blades met Kahn's arm.

But it was futile.

Zoro's expression contorted as he witnessed his attack's ineffectiveness.

To catch a sword strike with his bare hands?

And what was that black substance covering Kahn's arms?

But Zoro had no time for further contemplation.

Kahn's attack was upon him.

Its velocity left Zoro no room to react.

Kahn's massive fist collided with Zoro 's midsection.

Zoro was sent hurtling through the air, blood spewing from his mouth.

"Rubber Rubber Bazooka."

Luffy unleashed another strike.

This time, Kahn made no attempt to evade.

He extended his palm, catching Luffy's fist.

In a swift motion, he clamped down on Luffy's hand, causing Luffy to yelp in pain.

With a forceful jerk, Kahn hurled Luffy away.

Luffy collided with Sanji, the impact leaving them both incapacitated.

The two were sent hurtling, and their collision caused massive tremors.

"Tiger Hunt."

Zoro 's slash followed.

Yet, Kahn appeared unfazed by the attack, merely swatting at Zoro 's strike.

Zoro was struck, sent flying horizontally from the force of Kahn's left hand.

In an instant, Kahn had overwhelmed the trio: he had incapacitated Ace, neutralized Luffy and Sanji, and repelled Zoro 's strike.

"Luffy, run! Leave me behind!" Ace shouted.

He was well aware of Kahn's unparalleled strength; Luffy stood no chance against him.

"Ace! I can't just abandon you."

"He's not someone you can handle. Get away!"

"Run away? Are you kidding? I never said I wouldn't capture them. Without ransom, negotiations are futile. I adhere to the Navy's code!" Kahn's voice echoed.

Kahn's figure vanished, only to reappear before the trio.

Panic gripped them.

Kahn's form had already appeared in front of them.

Luffy launched an attack.

"Rubber Machine Gun."

Countless fists flew towards Kahn.

But for someone of Kahn's expertise, the assault proved futile.

The barrage of strikes failed to make contact, as Kahn effortlessly avoided the blows.

Kahn's domineering fist, however, found its mark against Luffy's head.

The impact left Luffy's eyes wide, and he plummeted to the ground, leaving a sizable crater.

Luffy was incapacitated in an instant.

Kahn's attention then shifted to Sanji.

Kicking off with incredible speed, Kahn connected with Sanji's body.

There was a resounding snap.

Sanji's face drained of color, his form crumpling to the ground.
