Chapter 143: Tuzi Versus the Rising Moon Tribe

The Rising Moon tribe returned as promised.

What angered Tuzi most about the circumstances was that several days had passed since the incident with Alpha Ochir and his cronies. The life of the villagers in New Moon gradually began to find a sense of normalcy again. Wounds inflicted upon the innocent were healing up properly. The tents were repaired, as if it wasn't damaged in a battle at all.

But the most important matter is that Alpha Aydin was now back in his full form. Attending to his daily training with the children, making thoughtful decisions on behalf of the tribe, and also performing his duties as the figurehead of the community.

And yet, just as peace began to weave itself back into the everyday norm of the community, it was proven to only be a fragile endeavor.
